Week 12

Well, I was dreading weighing myself this morning. Like I said, Sunday was my birthday so I splurged a bit with my dinner. I had planned on exercising it off, however my dog has been sick all week and we've had to keep on eye on him as well as try to coax him to eat. This resulted in me missing 3 workouts..so I figured it was going to be ugly..BUT, to my surprise I've lost 3.2lbs. WOOHOO!! Why? I have no idea..but, I'll take it. I lost half an inch off of my waist, abdomen and upper arm as well. Jazzercise rules!! I will be going tonight! So, my grand total is..drum roll... 16 1/2 lbs. YAY!

Week 11

I tried the Jazzercise class and really enjoyed it, so I went ahead and signed up. The music and the moves are fun and you definately get a workout. I lost another .8lb and better yet I lost a half inch each from my waist, abdomen, hips and upper thighs! Yay! I will have to work harder this week as today is my birthday so I celebrated with a steak dinner followed by dessert, but I split it with my Mom and my Fiance, so not as bad..right?

Week 9

What happened to week 8?? I forgot all about it, still haven't cheated though!! Was doing great with walking until Monday when it snowed 11 inches..no walking for the rest of the week!! Got back to it on Friday, the exciting news is that yesterday all of my jeans were in the wash and I wanted to go for a walk so I tried on a smaller pair..and they fit!! one size down..WOOHOO!! I will begin attending a 'Jazzercise' class this week with my mom and maid of honor; hopefully the pounds will start coming off quicker
